Julian Schott
Julian Schott studied Indology (major) and Western Philosophy (minor) at the University of Göttingen (2008–2011), where he obtained his BA. In 2010 he also began part-time studies at the ITAS (Institue for Tibetan and Asian Studies, Co. with the University of Malaga), where he is currently also involved in teaching various courses in the fields of Sanskrit and Buddhist Studies. He began his M.A. studies at the University of Hamburg in 2011. His main research interests lies in the Indian and Tibetan Vajrayāna traditions, especially the so called “Sahajayāna,” and manuscript studies.
